Legal & Tax Status

The Earthville Network is a nonprofit corporation recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) public charity. It was incorporated in the State of California in 2000. Accordingly, all charitable contributions to the Earthville Network are tax-deductible in the USA to the extent allowed by law.

Earthville also operates with charitable status in other countries through its affiliates in those countries. Contributions may or may not be tax-deductible in other countries, so please consult your tax advisor and feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

The Earthville name and logo, and the look and feel of the Earthville websites, are all trademarks and service marks of the Earthville Network. All rights reserved.
