DONATE COMPUTER, VIDEO, AUDIO OR PHOTOGRAPHIC EQUIPMENT
Upgrading to a new computer, camcorder, digital camera, TV or VCR? Or perhaps you work for a company that manufactures or sells A/V or other electronic products?
Earthville needs the following items for our educational, arts, and media projects:
- Macintosh computers (G4 or faster processor), especially laptops
- Computer peripherals in good condition, such as displays, laser printers, scanners, etc.
- Professional audio equipment - recording and live sound reinforcement gear
- Video camcorders - especially HDV
- DVD and VCR decks - pro and Hi-Fi consumer video decks in all formats
- Digital cameras, tripods, film and other photographic and videographic equipment
- Other good-quality audio recording decks of all formats and descriptions, pro and consumer, including DAT, analog cassette, MiniDisc and multitrack decks
- Audio recording equipment, including microphones, mixing consoles, monitors and other recording and mixing accessories for both studio and field recording
- TVs and video monitors (color and in good condition only)

DONATE OTHER MATERIAL GOODS
Have an old copier, fax machine or other office equipment you don't need? Getting rid of good books, art supplies, textbooks, CD-ROMs or other educational resources?

VOLUNTEER YOUR SPACE
Another great way to support the Earthville Network is to make space available for Earthville projects and programs. If you or your organization or business has a large space that could be used now and then for Earthville community activities such as classes, workshops, performance events, art shows, festivals and so on, tell us about it here.
OTHER NEEDS
The Earthville Network currently needs the following other items and services to be donated:
- Office space in the San Francisco Bay Area (preferably downtown Oakland or Berkeley)
- A warehouse or other large multi-purpose space (at least 2000 square feet) in or near downtown Oakland, Berkeley, or San Francisco, California
- Airplane tickets - especially between the USA, India, Vietnam, and Israel
- A large passenger vehicle (like a van or small bus) powered by renewable energy (i.e. natural gas or veggie oil)
- A T1 or faster Internet connection for our office in Oakland, California
- Reliable, secure hosting (colocation) for our web server (minimum T1 speed)
- Land, buildings and/or commercial space for the establishment of schools, community centers, performance venues and sustainable communities, especially in California, Colorado, India, Israel, South Africa
